Personal Information
Describes the information input when Merchant apply for SMilDS e.g.: Name, address, phone/fax number, email, business name, business documents etc
Publishing Information
Describes the information the Merchant post in the web-store, including company profile, product catalogues, Terms & Conditions and any other content related
Payment Information
Describes the information collected when the buyer purchased a product eg: billing information, Transaction ID, credit card number, expiration date when Merchant received payment or purchased a product, tracking information from online payment.
Statistical Information
Describes the information P2U gathered for indicators/measurement from SMilDS eg: pages viewed, number of page/sessions, total transaction per account, best selling product.
How we use the Information
P2U's primary objective in collecting information above is to provide the Merchant with a safe, data secured, smooth, efficient and customised experience. The Merchant agrees as follows:-

To improve P2U's marketing and promotional efforts

To provide services regarding notices, surveys, products alerts relevant to Merchant's website.

To improve SMilDS' content and product offerings and to customize site content, layout and service dedicated to Merchant

To resolve and investigate problems and disputes

To administer and ensuring publishing information disclosed are legal and abide the proprietary rights (including rights of confidentiality copyrights)

To statistically analyze site usage, generate reports based on information gathered for internal analysis, monitoring and marketing decisions

Payment information will only be shared with banks or vendors relevant to the transaction. All credit card information is directly submitted to P2U payment department of the credit card processing bank. However, P2U will not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the Merchant as a result of unauthorized use, disclosure, publication or any misuse or payment information including credit card information

To help diagnose problem and maintain P2U's site server, manage P2U's development progress and further enhance P2U's services based on usage date received from statistical information
Disclosure of Info
It is under P2U's duty to disclose or share the Merchant's personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to protect the rights, property or safety of SMilDS.com, our buyers and other subsidiaries. This includes exchanging information with other related companies and organisation for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Merchant must not use a name if, in the opinion of P2U:

Its use by the Merchant would constitute an offence; or

It is offensive
Cookies
A cookie is a small information file that is sent to the Merchant's computer and is stored on the Merchant's hard drive. If the Merchant has registered with P2U, then the Merchant's computer will store an identifying cookie which will save up the Merchant's time when the Merchant revisit SMilDS.com, by remembering the Merchant's email address for the Merchant. The Merchant can change the Merchant's settings on the Merchant's browser to prevent cookies being stored in the Merchant's computer without the Merchant's explicit consent.
Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access and disclosure, maintain data integrity and accuracy, P2U has employed commercially reasonable security methods

P2U has tried very hard to protect the Merchant's information. However no data transmission over internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be safely secured. Therefore, P2U recommends that the Merchant does not disclose the Merchant's personal information and payment information to anyone. The Merchant has to remember to sign out of the Merchant's account and close the Merchant's browser window when the Merchant finishes the Merchant's session

Any changes to this Privacy Statement will be communicated to the Merchant at any time by posting the changes on P2U's site.
